Psychoneurotherapy

Psychoneurotherapy integrates psychotherapy with neurotherapy in a specialized program designed by Dr. Peter to give you more focused and effective sessions. This specialized therapy is guided by your qEEG Brain Mapping results and is custom tailored for your personal brain.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy (or talk therapy) is available both in-person and via Zoom.

Sessions may include: Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Attachment Therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Mindfulness, Somatic Experience (SE).

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy is available both in-person and via Zoom. Sessions are 90-minutes long and can consist of psychotherapy only or incorporate neurotherapy techniques.

Neurotherapy-oriented sessions benefit from a Couples Brain Mapping package, which analyzes how each partner’s individual strengths and weaknesses help or hinder the relationship.

Neurotherapy

Neurotherapy is an effective way to stimulate areas of your brain requiring assistance to harmonize your brain waves. Treatments may include Neurofeedback (EEG, HEG, HRV) and/or Neurostimulation (pEMF, tDCS, ACS).

Note: these sessions are performed by Dr. Peter’s assistant and there is no psychotherapy component.
